Shipping policy
Orders are prepared from the current live catalogue and usually leave the studio within one to two working days once payment is confirmed.
Section 01
During launches, restocks, and campaign periods, dispatch can take longer. If timing changes materially, the customer should be contacted using the order details held in the CMS.

If a shipment includes tracking, the customer should receive updates once the parcel is scanned by the delivery provider.
Where tracking stalls, the support team can review the order in the CMS and contact the carrier before offering a resolution.
Section 04
Customers are responsible for supplying an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, redelivery may require an additional charge.
Section 05
Customs, remote-area handling, weather disruption, industrial action, and security checks can all affect delivery speed outside the platform's standard estimates.
