Submitting an order does not mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance happens once payment is authorised and the order is prepared for fulfilment through the live operational system.

Promo-code eligibility, expiry, and usage limits are governed by the active settings in the platform.

Delivery pricing and tax treatment follow the active operational configuration at the time of checkout.

Customer obligations

Customers should provide accurate account, payment, and delivery information and should not misuse the site, payment flows, or support channels.

Liability and availability

The website, checkout, and catalogue are provided on an operational best-efforts basis. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, payment-provider issues, or carrier delays may affect availability.

Nothing in these terms should limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
